HOUSING FEE

Our housing fee is $900.00 a month.

All utilities and general household items such as toilet paper and cleaning products are included in the housing fee. Residents are responsible for their own food, toiletries, transportation, medical, and personal expenses.

 

We do NOT charge an additional security deposit, administrative, or move-in fee.

 

When a resident self-pays the housing fee on the first of the month, a substantial incentive discount is applied.
